Sport Relief

Mr Gill and the Year 13 BTEC Sport group are organising different events to raise money for Sport Relief on Friday 23rd March.


Mr Gill has organised a challenge, that he will be taking part in!

He is going to do 6 Insanity Max 30 workouts in 6 hours.

The workouts will consist of 3 Cardio workouts, 2 Tabata workouts focusing on strength and power, and an Abs workout.


Courtney Corbey, Joe Hopwood (both Year 13), Lucie Krimmelbein (Year 12), Jack Childs, Taylor Kasitz, Kieran Harris and Zac Charles (Year 11) are also taking part in this marathon of max-interval training workouts.


If anyone else is keen on joining them, see Mr Gill to pick up a sponsor form. Likewise, if anyone is keen on sponsoring them, please see them!


Training for this will start on Friday 23rd February after school.


All other events happening on the day to be confirmed after half-term.
