Year 10 Plymouth Cup Quarter-Final Result

Studio School 9-0 Plympton Academy

Studio School made it through to the semi-finals of the Plymouth Cup with a 9-0 win over Plympton Academy. A great result to follow up from their 11-0 win against ASAP in the first round.

Studio School started brightly with Charlie Hine scoring in the first couple of minutes. Joe Coutts then made it 2-0 on his debut for the school Hine added a third before playmaker Jack Barnes got in on the act to make the score 4-0. Hine completed his hat-tric before half-time.

With the score 5-0 at halt-time, the game was already won but Studio School kept playing the right way in the second half, instead of letting the game pass by. Tre Hansford scored 2 goals, one being a good solo effort, Owen Marley scored direct from a corner and Coutts scored a second to make the score 9-0 at full-time.

A great overall team performance, with Studio School playing either Lipson, Stoke or Plymstock in the semi-final.
